New All-Terrain Windowless Sampling
(8 Wheel Drive) Specialist Vehicle

Geo Site Surveys have had a windowless sampling rig fitted on the back of an 8 wheel driven All-terrain specialist light weight vehicle.

As the vehicle can travel at up to 20 mph and the weight is spread over 8 low pressure tyres 2-4 psi.

It is suitable to be used for the following types of ground investigation:

• Larger sites where the boreholes are spread quite a distance apart. Saving time & money to travel to each hole.
• Fields, boogie ground.
• Slopes (where a tracked rig is unsuitable) to use.
• Demolition sites that are unsuitable for tracked mounted rigs.
• Electrical pylons investigation.
• Gas, water and electrical geotechnical pipe planning routes.
• River bank and beach investigations.
• Rail track work.
• Vehicle (overall) dimensions; 61 inches (1550 mm) wide x 144 inches (3251 mm) long.
